1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Fresh and Fluffy Grooming, located in Kirkland, WA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Fresh and Fluffy Grooming provides professional dog grooming, doggie day care, and specialized treatments, including Haki Aromatherapy, for dogs of all breeds and sizes.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: All services are subject to appointment availability.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a grooming or day care appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the service price.

No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee, which must be paid before any future services can be booked.

4. Pet Health and Safety

Vaccinations: You must ensure that your pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations (e.g., Rabies, Distemper) as mandated by local laws and our facility policy. Proof of vaccination may be required.

Health Disclosure: You must disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral issues (e.g., aggression, severe anxiety) your pet may have prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that may pose a risk to our staff or other animals.

Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency or sudden illness during a service, we reserve the right to seek immediate veterinary attention for your pet at your expense.

5. Day Care Specific Terms

Pets utilizing day care services must be socially well-adjusted and non-aggressive toward other dogs and staff.

We reserve the right to remove any pet from the day care environment if its behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive, with charges still applying for the time utilized.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Fresh and Fluffy Grooming, including its staff and owners, shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or death of a pet that is not a direct result of proven negligence on our part while the pet is in our care. You agree to hold us harmless for any pre-existing conditions or unknown medical issues that may be exacerbated by the grooming process.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be posted on our website.
